Would you believe me if i said "Motivation is Garbage"


If you want to achieve your Health and Wellness goals this year this is what you need to do.


1. Stop waiting to "Feel like it"

This strategy completely cuts out the

hesitation part of your decision making (which means motivation is not required).

The strategy is simply count from 5 backwards to 1 in your head and then do the thing you have been putting off or don't want to do.


5,4,3,2,1 .... Go


2. Turn it into a habit

Pair this strategy with a cue (eg brushing your teeth or something you already do everyday) and a reward (like a nice smoothie) and you can form a habit.

Habits take on average 66 days to create, but this is how the most successful people in our community achieve their results.


3. There is a Wellness Program for that

5,4,3,2,1 .... Join a Health and Wellness program and complete your daily challenge. Once done reward yourself with a calming bath or healthy smoothie and repeat until it is a habit.
